| What is C.R.O.M.A.G.? C.R.O.M.A.G. is a 4x4 Vehicle Profile Register where a user can enter his or her vehicle information in great detail, including three photos of their choice, and create a personal vehicle profile that will be easily manipulated and updated as you upgrade your vehicle. | How can C.R.O.M.A.G. benefit me? A C.R.O.M.A.G. profile will offer you a quick and easy online location to view your vehicle in full detail. You can share this location online so that anyone with an internet connection may view your ongoing 4x4 project. It is a webpage specifically for your vehicle. In addtion, it is a great way for a person to monitor their own build progress. You may track the items you have installed and items you will install. Vendors and fabricators can benefit by asking their customers to complete a C.R.O.M.A.G. profile too. Within the profile, customers have the ability to link directly back to the vendors site for each particular part they have. This generates traffic to their website. Back to top |

| Do I have to post on these forums in order to create a C.R.O.M.A.G. Profile? Absolutely not. We would enjoy your company if you did however there is no minimum post count necessary nor do we expect you to meet any posting requirements in order to maintain a profile. Our goal is to build a database of vehicles for users to access for reasons such as product research or modification ideas. Your entry helps achieve this regardless of your post count. Back to top |

| Who can see my C.R.O.M.A.G.? C.R.O.M.A.G. profiles are visible to anyone on the internet. Links can be emailed to individuals, placed within your online e-signatures, or within the posts made on any of the various online message boards. This means your vehicle and it's modifications accessories and gear are visible to all. Back to top |

| Does my rig need to be modified to use C.R.O.M.A.G.? Heck no! Any 4X4 of any modification level from stock to tube-frame buggy can use C.R.O.M.A.G.. The best part about C.R.O.M.A.G. is that the information is easily updated so you can have an ongoing record of modifications as you make them including sections for future modifications. Even heavily modified vehicles may find C.R.O.M.A.G. intimidating at first. We encourage people to fill it out one piece at a time and use all the detail they can. Back to top |

No, C.R.O.M.A.G. is just one of many features designed to make Cave76 4X4 a fun-for-the-whole-family, online experience catering to Jeep and other various 4x4 enthusiasts. | How do I activate my C.R.O.M.A.G.? To activate C.R.O.M.A.G. you must be a registered Cave76 4X4 user and in your forum profile located in top of forum menu you must select yes in the Activate my C.R.O.M.A.G. profile preference and then click Submit located at the bottom of the profile page. | After I activate C.R.O.M.A.G. do I have to complete the entire profile? No. You are not required to fill out ALL of your profile in one shot. It's a big page! You do however need to fill out the basics. Moderators will be watching and Auto-Pruning is in place to remove those active profiles that have not yet been attended to. They will be set back to deactivated and you can reactivate at time when you are ready to include more information. If your profile is deactivated you do not lose any previously entered information. It will be there again once you reactivate. We do this as a means to make C.R.O.M.A.G. more useful. C.R.O.M.A.G. will be receiving a search function in the near future and we want people to search through profiles that have been addressed rather than empty forms. Back to top |

Use the drop down boxes and text boxes on the C.R.O.M.A.G. field entry page to enter the information you wish to display about your rig and clicking the submit button at the bottom of the page This can be accessed at any time by clicking finished in the C.R.O.M.A.G. top menu.Note: No information will be saved to your C.R.O.M.A.G. unless you click on the submit button. | How can I access the C.R.O.M.A.G. categories more quickly? Under the C.R.O.M.A.G. main title you will find quick reference links that will bring the page directly to the category you choose. When you have edited the category simply click the Back to Top link next to each category name to bring you back to the title box. In this box there is a quick GO TO SUBMIT quick reference link that will then bring you to the end of the profile and to the submit button where you can save your changes. Back to top |

| As I make modifications to my rig how do I edit my C.R.O.M.A.G.? The information in your C.R.O.M.A.G. may be changed or added to at any time by clicking on the C.R.O.M.A.G. link in the top of forum menu and changing or adding the desired information and clicking submit This can be accessed at any time by clicking finished in the C.R.O.M.A.G. top menu.Note: No changes will be saved to your C.R.O.M.A.G. unless you click the submit button. | How do I add pictures to my C.R.O.M.A.G.? Before pictures can be added to the C.R.O.M.A.G. profile they must first be added to the Cave76 4X4 Photo Album. Digital images of your rig can be uploaded to the Cave76 4X4 photo album from your computer by clicking on Photo Album in the header at the top of the forum. Then select the photo album category thats description best fits the photo you've chosen. Next click on the UPLOAD button and using the browse button locate your picture and upload it. Don't forget to fill out the pic title and pic description fields. Once your pictures are uploaded to the photo album you can click on each picture to get the Photo ID#. This will be the number that appears in the ID field underneath your photo when you are looking at it after it's uploaded in the photo album. An easy way to see all of your photos is to use the link provided on the C.R.O.M.A.G. Profile page right next to the fields that require the ID#. Place the ID# from the photo of your choice into the corresponding Unique Vehicle Photo ID# field within the C.R.O.M.A.G. profile page to reference that uploaded picture. You're done! Back to top |

| What kind of pictures are we allowed to use for our C.R.O.M.A.G. Profile? Any pics that are within the rules of Cave76 4X4 may be used in your C.R.O.M.A.G. Profile. | How do I change my location in my C.R.O.M.A.G. profile? Your location is actually part of your regular user profile NOT the C.R.O.M.A.G. profile although it does display in the C.R.O.M.A.G. as well. If you'd like to update your location then select Profile in the forum header and edit it there. Back to top |

| How do I arrange the pictures in my C.R.O.M.A.G. Profile? The layout of the photos in your C.R.O.M.A.G. are determined by which Unique Vehicle Photo ID# field the the photo is placed in. The top field is for the large picture, the center field is for the bottom left small photo, and the bottom field is for the bottom right small photo. The photo ID numbers can be changed at any time to showcase the pictures of your choice. For the best results, uploading photos of actual camera capture sizes will resize properly and display that much better. Back to top |

| How do I link my C.R.O.M.A.G. Profile in my signature on other message boards? To link your C.R.O.M.A.G. Profile within a signature on another message board simply locate the Forum Signatures section of your C.R.O.M.A.G. edit profile screen. Here you will find 3 popular options for message boards all over the internet. BBcode is popular on most forums however it can be disabled within signatures at the admin's discretion. HTML is the another form of linking in signatures but again it can be disabled by the forum's admin. TEXT is the only full proof solution. The downfall is that it's not as pretty as the others and it's not as user friendly. Those wishing to see your profile will need to copy and paste the link into an internet browser. Back to top |

| How can I add a 2nd Vehicle to C.R.O.M.A.G.? At this time there is no method of adding a secondary vehicle to your C.R.O.M.A.G. and this is because your C.R.O.M.A.G. is directly attached to your login account to the forums. That means one C.R.O.M.A.G. for one user. We hope you choose to use your best, favorite, most wheeled vehicle for now. That is until we are able to impliment a multiple vehicle per user capability. Regular additions via our Feature Pack system allows us to upgrade C.R.O.M.A.G. regularly. This is one feature we'd like to include some day. Back to top |

| Why can't I edit my C.R.O.M.A.G.? Are you logged in? You must be currently logged on in order to EDIT your C.R.O.M.A.G. profile. Have you been banned from the board or was your C.R.O.M.A.G. profile not to the standards of Cave76 4x4's online forums? If you opted to use profanity or lude or sexually explicit photos your profile may be disabled in which case you should check your private messages or registered email address for a notification from a moderator explaining the exact reasons this occurred. | What if I don't have some of the items in the entry fields? Not everyone's rig will have all of the items in the entry fields. Just select none from the dropdown box or type none or N/A in the text box. Back to top |

| I edited my C.R.O.M.A.G. why didn't it change? Did you click on submit when you finished? No changes made to your C.R.O.M.A.G. profile will take effect unles you click the submit button at the bottom of the page. Back to top |

| What if I don't know what to put in a particular field or I'm not sure what to select? We have done our best to use field names that best describe each item but we realize terminology varies. So we have included a help system. Simply hover your cursor over the ? icon in front of your field for a hint, or for a more precise answer, you may click on the ? icon and a help window will give you detailed description and an idea on how to better use that field to it's potential. | What if my selection is not in the available dropdown menu for a particular category? The administrators of C.R.O.M.A.G. did their best to have a complete listing to choose from but if what you find that what you would like to select is not an option please PM or email the site admin (admin@cave76.org) so we can get it added for you.
